Sales Coordinator / Customer Support Representative Role:
In this role, you will support a group of sales people and be responsible for handling the needs of their clients at every step in the process. Outstanding customer service skills and organizational skills are a must in this position.
Partner with assigned sales reps and serve as point of contact after the sale for all customers 
Stay in continuous communication with assigned customers to ensure that all questions and concerns about their project are addressed and satisfied 
Responsible for contacting customers after sale to confirm best times and methods of contact and answer any immediate questions or concerns that they may have. 
Schedule installations and follow up on installations, making sure there were no issues
Resolve issues with product design, measurements, factory damages, etc.
Close out projects with customers when their project has been completed to collect feedback for recognition or improvement 
Share customer feedback/information as needed to other departments involved and follow up accordingly on the customer's behalf 
Solicit referral business from past customers using a variety of methods including closeout calls, survey results, online reviews, email, etc.
Handle contract changes/amendments by preparing the amendment to be emailed to the customer for immediate signature to allow for ordering of the products
Verify with the team that the financing has been secured for any additions to the project and make sure system reflects the funding source accurately
Notify accounting of any change to the deposit amounts to allow for proper deposit amounts to cover project total. Notify order processors when changes/amendments are received. 
Responsible to attend meetings to provide updates on various customers regarding signing of amendments, missing deposits or any other pertinent information to get jobs ordered at a weekly meeting. 
In this role, you will create a weekly list of outstanding items such as outstanding amendments, trouble with getting project points scheduled, etc. to request from sales reps and installation managers. 
Provide feedback to sales and production management as needed

Sales Coordinator / Customer Support Representative Background Profile:
Bachelor’s degree 
2+ years’ experience managing customer relations 
Experience working in a sales environment and a background in securing referral and repeat business
Strong MS Office – Word, Excel, Outlook
The ideal candidate will have outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong customer support background and the ability to build strong relationships and rapport with customers
Sense of urgency and ability to follow through from beginning to end
Proven ability to handle customer concerns and issues in a professional manner
Flexible and desire to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal skills, self-starter, and high degree of professionalism
