Job Description

Order Entry / Data Entry Specialist
Our client, located in Pleasanton, CA, is in need of an Order Entry / Data Entry Specialist on a Contract to Possible Hire role.

Your Role:
The main purpose of this role is heavy data entry of order information, inventory and other company information
Will support multiple staff
Accurately and rapidly input information into company software
Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth workflow in order entry.

Background Profile:
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of similar order entry or heavy data entry experience
MUST be proficient at both keyboarding and 10-key data entry
Strong attention to detail is required
Must be seeking long term employment
