Job Description

Our Culver City, CA client is on the hunt for an Inside Telesales Representative to join their team on a direct hire basis. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply as well.

Company Profile:
International fleet management and logistics organization

Inside Telesales Representative Role:
Call and follow up with business contacts within the organization’s CRM to find potential sales opportunities and book appointments.
Find leads and book appointments for the sales team.
Make 100+ phone calls per day to generate at least 5 meetings a week.
Create new pitches to target various industries.
Develop new leads and add those leads to the CRM for record maintenance.
Coordinate with the Marketing team to enhance sales opportunities.

Inside Telesales Representative Background Profile:
4 year degree is preferred
2+ years of experience in inside sales.  Sales within the logistics, transportation, travel is highly preferred.
Must have telesales experience.
Excellent communication skills are a must!
Must be proficient with MS Office Suite. Previous CRM experience is helpful

Bilingual- English/Spanish is preferred, but not required for the role
