Inside Sales Representative – Fitness Industry
Our client, located in Downtown Houston, TX, is in need of multiple Inside Sales Representatives

Company Profile:
Global organization that works with employers to offer packaged gym memberships to their employees for health benefits

Your Role:
Will be making cold calls to gym owners and managers across the United States
Will be provided a list of potential leads, but will also be expected to research, prospect and negotiate to expand your sales network
Hit and exceed targets
Create innovative ways to attract new clients
Will create innovative and create emails to get the attention of gym owners and managers
Will develop long lasting relationships with the customer base

Background Profile:
Bachelor’s degree
A background in fitness would be ideal for this role, but at least be passionate about health and wellness
Be Metrics driven
Positive Attitude 
Must be comfortable making 50+ cold calls per day
Experience working with a short sales cycle
Experience marketing through email as well
Background of meeting and exceeding goals
MUST be tech savvy and be able to learn new systems quickly
Competitive and driven personalities will do well
