Job Description



Great opportunity for a Help Desk Support – Silver Pro with our client in Dallas on a contract to possible hire basis, but will consider direct hire for the right candidate.

Company Profile:
Rapidly growing fast-casual dining company located in the heart of Dallas.

Help Desk Support – Silver Pro Role:
This candidate will be the frontline resource for 400 locations throughout the United States for technology issues, most of this is done through email and over the phone.
Will be handling Level 2 and Level 3 support for restaurants, and on hand support for corporate and remote users.
Will enter information into ticketing system and make direct contact with the restaurants to get more details.
Will work with 3rd party vendors to resolve issues
Assist with rollouts of new hardware 
Assist with Point of Sale rollouts, updates and maintenance
Assist with remote troubleshooting at remote locations 
Provide outstanding customer service

Help Desk Support – Silver Pro Background Profile:
Bachelor’s degree 
Must have NCR Silver Pro experience or any other cloud based POS system experience
In store restaurant experience
Must have prior experience using a ticketing system
Excellent customer service and communication skills
