Financial Service Advisor – CFP
Our client, located in Sugar Land, TX, is in need of a Financial Service Advisor with a CFP designation for a Direct Hire opportunity.

Your Role:
The main purpose of this role is to work directly with the CEO/Lead Advisor of the organization to handle client services related to retirement planning for some of the firms largest clients. This will include:
Resolving any issues regarding new accounts, transfers or amendments Processing of transactions
Prioritizing day to day tasks and issues
Opening, closing & transferring of accounts
Operating with a proactive approach to advisors & clients
Processing and completing servicing requests
Following-up as necessary with clients and vendors
Maintaining internal database programs
Responding to client inquires as needed
Providing and generating various reports to Advisor
Assisting advisor with pre-appointment preparation

Background Profile:
Previous experience in processing confidential paperwork
Previous client interaction in an office environment, preferably dealing with financial and/or retirement planning
Very strong computer skills and the ability to pick up on new technology quickly
Insurance licensing, Series 65 and CFP designation
