Our Houston, TX client, a small but growing Insurance company, is looking to hire a Customer Service Specialist to join their team on a contract to possible hire basis.

Customer Service Specialist Role:
Provide outstanding customer service to customers and internal service providers.
Process customer policy changes and send verifications of updates.
Communicate extensively over the phone and by email.
Coordinate with insurance agents, clients, and management.
Engage in ongoing training.
Provide additional administrative support as needed.
Customer Service Specialist Background Profile:
At least 1 year of professional phone-based customer service experience
Previous call center experience is beneficial
High School diploma or GED
Strong computer skills (MS Office Suite – Word, Excel, and Outlook) are a must
Offer outstanding phone etiquette and present excellent writing skills
Must be able to obtain licensing (will be paid for by the employer)
