Customer Service Representative
Busy and growing client located in Irving, TX has an immediate need for a Customer Service Representative on a contract to possible hire basis.  They may consider direct hire in the event the qualified candidate is employed.

Customer Service Representative Role:
Provide top notch customer service center in order to grow business and help enhance client retention.
Provide phone and sales support to help build brand awareness, product sales, and program participation.
Actively offer, plan, schedule and run member onboarding appointments.
Understand and share information regarding all aspects of membership, products and services.
Resolve concerns quickly and effectively.
Maintain accurate member records for services and products of interest.
Participate it annual renewal activities.
Assist with preparation for conferences and/or tradeshows.
Provide general administrative support within the department as needed.

Customer Service Representative Background Profile:
2+ years of call center and/or customer service experience.
Excellent communication skills (written and oral) are a must.
Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
