My client is looking for an exceptional Customer Service Representative in Irving, TX on a contract to possible hire basis.

Company Profile:
25+ year established company that provides high end cosmetics and skin care products direct to healthcare professionals
Management is hands on and engaged with employees
Medical grade product line is purchased by physicians in over 10 countries

Customer Service Representative Role:
The Customer Service Representative will receive and input orders through daily interaction with customers over the phone, via email or by other means of communication
Will ensure the order is correct and product is available before sales order is put in for processing
Will project a positive attitude and high degree of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
The Customer Service Representative will demonstrate a passion with respect to treating customers in a courteous manner at all times
Will handle all incoming client requests and inquiries regarding the product, orders, invoices, shipping, complaints and other general customer demands in a prompt, efficient and courteous manner
Will support the Sales effort through open communication with Account Executives
Works closely with Account Executives to facilitate orders and assist with customer requests
Works closely with Quality Assurance in receiving and inputting customer complaints, to following through with resolution and closure
The Customer Service Representative will maintain knowledge of all products, including product availability and ingredients, as well as maintain knowledge of company promotions
Recommends new products to existing customers and attracts potential customers through highly developed knowledge of all products
Maintains company database customer account information for accuracy and up-to-date information
Performs other duties as assigned
Customer Service Representative Profile:
The Customer Service Representative will have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent
2+ years Customer Service or Sales Support experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Positive attitude and team player
Strong computer knowledge and skills
Detail oriented and a quick learner
Knowledge and experience with SAP is a plus
Skincare background or interest in skincare field preferred
