Customer Service Representative
Excellent opportunity to work from home as a Customer Service Representative. This is a contract need for approximately 30-60 days.

Customer Service Representative role:
The Customer Service Representative must be available between 9 AM - 6 PM CST via Zendesk telephone to help sign callers up for a no-risk, no payment information required trial, that will automatically cancel after 30 days if the caller does not provide payment information during the 30-day trial. 
This person will collect email address, name, phone number, provide basic information about the program. 
If the caller requires more information or support this person will just simply transfer the call to an available agent in Zendesk. 
Call volume is inconsistent, but the Customer Service Representative must be available for these calls when they come in. 

Customer Service Representative Background Profile:
2-5 years Customer Service experience handling inbound calls
Must have your own internet connection, computer and headphones to answer incoming calls via Zendesk
Zendesk experience is a plus but not required
Required hours: 9am-6pm CST
Professional attitude and excellent phone etiquette 
Proficient in Microsoft Office 
Self-motivated and able to achieve tasks while working with little supervision. Team lead will supervise remotely.
