Customer Service Representative - Real Estate Role:
The Customer Service Representative - Real Estate is responsible for answering inbound calls in a professional, warm and engaging manner.
In this role you will provide specific and detailed information about apartment properties.
In an engaging and energetic way, assist callers with scheduling a visit to the property.
Take inbound calls from prospective residents interested in the property, as well as current residents living in apartment communities throughout the US
Responsible for handling customer inquiries via email and chat
Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism, dependability, availability and flexibility
Receive, take, and handle service requests and work order calls
Will hand the processing of payments and handle billing inquiries
Represent client properties in a professional and positive manner

Customer Service Representative - Real Estate Background Profile:
High School diploma or equivalent
2+ years of customer service experience
Flexibility to work with assigned schedule and rotating days off
Prefer 2 years of experience in real estate or leasing industry
Leasing agent experience a plus but not required
Prefer 1 year of experience in a high volume call center
Will consider strong candidates with a retail or restaurant background
Exceptional communications skills required – professional and articulate phone voice
It is a plus if experience in any of the following software applications: CTI. MRI, JD Edwards, Skyline, Timberline, RentRoll, OneSite, AMSI, or Great Plains
The ideal candidate will be outgoing, with a dynamic personality and exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage others and gain their interest in the property they are sharing with them.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to effectively and persuasively lead a conversation
Team player and thrives in a team oriented environment
Strong problem solving skills and exceptional organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and multitask and prioritize
Self-starter and strong determination to be successful
