One of Austin's leading construction services company is looking to add a Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher to their team on a contract to possible hire basis.

Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher:
Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher will communicate with the customers to determine service needs and offer non-technical solutions to those needs as well as schedule and notify field technical team members of assignments and enter necessary data into computer database.
Answer incoming calls in a pleasant, empathetic manner. Additional training is provided by the Company.
Speak with a pleasant tone, as your voice is the client's first impression of our company.
Follow through on your word to clients, as professional follow-up has a direct impact on the reputation of our entire operation.
Responsible for multiple duties back to back, such as answering more than one phone line, taking information quickly, completely and accurately and dispatching the information to a technician. 
Work directly with field technicians to dispatch incoming client requests. Training is provided by the Company.
Complete forms, data entry and process client information, transactions and update
files in a timely manner. Solid typing skill and speed are requirements.
Effectively follow up and follow through with team members and clients to maintain strong internal and external customer relationships.
Submitting related paperwork and electronic files to the appropriate person for
handling and processing.
Assist supervisor and other team members with various requested data entry, processing or filing of information and documents such as data entry to prepare and submit billings, purchase orders, scheduling of inspections, and project and service information, to name a few. 
Must be able and willing to assist in various unlisted administrative functions as required.

Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher Background Profile:
Requires a High School Diploma 
At least 2 year experience with Customer Service and/or Dispatching or administrative and data processing experience.
Must be able to handle multiple duties such as answering phones, dispatching and working on data entry in an accurate, timely and efficient manner.
Must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to communicate in a professional manner via email.
Must be computer literate with the ability to learn and use company online software programs as well as Word, Excel, Outlook & Adobe. Additional training is provided by the Company.
Must be a team player.
Must be able to present a professional image over the phone.
Strong customer and coworker relation skills are required, including courteously handling calls from upset or demanding customers.

Must pass a full background check and drug and alcohol screening.
