Busy law firm located in Denver, CO has an immediate need for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative / CSR on a contract to possible hire basis.

Bilingual Customer Service Representative / CSR Role:
The Customer Service Representative / CSR is responsible for inbound and some outbound calls to obtain necessary information from existing and prospective clients. 
Answer inbound calls and assist clients with questions, suggest information about company services and schedule a follow up call with an attorney.
Create, edit and maintain client accounts and update information as needed

Bilingual Customer Service Representative / CSR Background Profile:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Must have at least 1+ years customer service experience
Bilingual English / Spanish - read, write and speak Spanish fluently is required
Must be able to pass a background check
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Must be computer literate with experience in MS Office
