Job Description

Our growing McKinney area call center client is looking to hire a Bilingual Customer Service Representative on a contract to possible hire basis.

Company Profile:
Growing healthcare call center environment

Your Role:
Talk to patients answering questions about benefits, provider, or claims issues.
Process 75-100 calls per day.
Coordinate with members and providers to resolve concerns.
Work with EOB's for resolution.

Background Profile:
Strong command of the English and Spanish languages
Previous call center experience 
HIPPA and OSHA knowledge is a benefit.
Strong computer skills working with MS Office products (Word and Excel) You will be tested on this prior to employment.
A positive attitude and helper approach to working with people.

Prior to started a background and drug test will be conducted.
