Our client located in Carrollton, TX has an immediate need for an Administrative Clerk on a contract to possible hire basis.

Administrative Clerk:
The Administrative Clerk is responsible for answering the phones and taking messages, interviewing prospects and guides them through the consultation process, 
follows up with prospects, prepares and schedules meetings/consultations/presentations, arranges occasional travel and accomodations
Screens calls and emails and prioritizes communications and access to the Credit Analysts
Timely Preparation and emailing of multiple consultation documents
Computer data entry into specialized software system
Charge credit cards through company online system
Complete files efficiently through company software checklist including: obtaining all required documents from the client, checking for completeness and accuracy, 
preparation of payments and payment plans, entry of detailed credit report data, and follow-up to correct problems found  
General office duties relating to printing, faxing, scanning and filing

Administrative Clerk Background Profile:
High School Diploma or GED
At least six months of work experience in a professional office environment
Winning personality
Professional and personable on the phone 
Professional physical presence
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced sales office
Ability to successfully guide Prospects through the sales process 
Proficient in Word and Excel is a plus
Good email communication skills
Must be keyboard trained (standard “home key” method) REQUIRED
Minimum 35 wpm
Ten-key ability is a plus 
Good oral and written business communications skills 
Acute attention to detail
