Administrative Assistant
Our Oklahoma City, OK client is seeking an entry level Administrative Assistant on a contract to hire basis or direct hire basis for the right candidate.

Multi-Million Dollar Company

Administrative Assistant Role:
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing general office support to managers and staff
Will handle office reception functions including answering phones, greeting customers, vendors, and associates
Data Entry for billing, receivable and payable functions to be sent to corporate along with collection calls on past due accounts
Filing, copying, and scanning documents 
Process mail and distribution
Assist in compiling contracts, proposals, and job packets
Planning and set up for office trainings including ordering catering and assisting in organization of training
Occasional errands to help stock office
Complete special projects as required

Administrative Assistant Background Profile:
1-3 years’ experience in an Administrative role
High School diploma or GED 
Data entry skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Accounts Payable/Receivable and Collection call experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Friendly and courteous attitude when greeting office visitors, answering the phones, or assisting colleagues and clients
