Our Dallas, TX client, a growing retail support company, is looking to hire a Customer Service Representative to join their team on a contract to possible hire basis.

Customer Service Representative Role:
Provide outstanding customer service to customers and internal service providers.
Track data using the internal database regarding related order and invoice numbers.
Escalate calls to management as needed.
Communicate extensively over the phone and by email.
Perform follow up duties as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
Customer Service Representative Background Profile:
At least 1 year of professional phone-based customer service experience
Previous call center experience is beneficial
High School diploma or GED
Strong computer skills (MS Office Suite – Word, Excel, and Outlook) are a must
A GREAT attitude and a high level of patience in dealing with a B2C desk.
