Job Description



GREAT opportunity to join a well-established and growing healthcare company.  My client in Denver, CO is looking to hire two Customer Service Representatives on a contract to possible hire basis.

Customer Service Representative - Medical Role: 
Responds to patient incoming calls relating to patient statements, payments and financial obligations
Responds to patients via phone call, or external e-mail, following HIPAA compliance
Educate patients on their insurance coverage, benefits, EOB, patient statement, and financial responsibility
Process patient credit card payments 
Make outgoing collection calls requesting payments on delinquent patient balances 
Coordinates payments received by the collection agency on delinquent patient accounts
Identify, research, and resolve customer requests exhausting all resources available
Utilize the appropriate communication system to transfer calls to other departments as required
Complete all tasking as assigned in a timely manner


Customer Service Representative - Medical Profile:
HS Diploma Required – College Degree highly preferred 
At least 2+ years of Customer Service experience 
Previous Medical Industry experience - Required 
Knowledge of EOBS and previous experience in collections - preferred 
Proficient with computers and related office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills
Ability to multi-task and establish priorities
Professional, friendly and positive attitude!
